Your location stays private
Location is requested only during active play. Other players never see your precise position. Live location samples expire after 24 hours; fraud-review evidence may be retained for 30 days.
Camera and augmented reality
Camera frames are processed on your device to show tokens in the world. Token Go does not record or upload camera images. Camera access stops when you leave capture mode.
Your account and progress
Practice uses an essential cookie, valid for 90 days and renewed during use, to link this browser to its collection on our server. Removing or expiring the cookie does not delete server records. This private preview does not yet automatically expire practice history; its retention and deletion policy must be finalized before public registration. Account and live-game records will use the configured account and game services. Language preferences are saved on your device.
Service providers
Map providers receive map requests. Live services, once configured, use Supabase for accounts, MapTiler for maps, and Turnkey and QuickNode for treasury payments. Public blockchain transactions can be viewed by anyone.
Before the cash pilot
Operator contact details, data-rights procedures and jurisdiction-specific retention rules must be published before live registration and rewards are enabled. This preview has no cash payouts.
